• The best employees are often promoted to team leaders or supervisors. But these 
top employees have not learned how to lead.

performance, reporting, presenting, and finding performance inefficiencies for

• How group dynamics work and why team performance is essentially determined by

• The requirements for staff management are known and practiced
• To recognise and interpret metrics of business performance, team performance, and 
individual performance. From this, they can draw conclusions for future 
management tasks
